Paige Actipes

Therapy Extern

We are excited to welcome Paige Actipes to our team.  Paige is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University.  After receiving her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Paige has spent a number of years working with individuals with disabilities in a vocational rehabilitation setting.  Paige’s empathetic nature and ability to truly listen allow therapy to become a space for vulnerability, connection, and growth.

Paige now plans to build on her past experience and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to empower clients to live a more present and meaningful life.  Paige works with pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults presenting with anxiety and mood disorders, executive functioning deficits, interpersonal difficulties, and behavioral concerns.

During her leisure time Paige enjoys live music and spending time with friends and family, as well as her dog, Igloo.
